Whats good everybody this is Trap, Sonny's best friend. I going to tell the real story of Sonny's Blues and how it really went down. Well it all started one night me and Sonny was posted on the block, and them boy's came, we both ran, Sonny feel and got caught he went to jail that night not because he was high from herion but cause he was selling the herion.The next day it was the top story of the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Sonny's brother..... well no need for me to bring his name up was on the marta on his way to work and seen his younger brothers face on the top page of the newspaper and went crazy. Hours later it was said that Sonny's older brother had suffered from a heart attack. While sitting in is hostpital room he heard a little boy crying and going into some what of an attack, being in his conditions he could'nt get out of the bed to help, by the time the nurse came the little boy had died from a diesease called Polio. Seconds later Sonn'y brother found out that it was his lil boy.
From that day foward Sonn'y brother realized that life was to short and somewhat tried to rekindle his relationship and his love that he had for his younger brother Sonny. He started off by writting him a letter and for a while thats how the two conversated. Months later Sonny was relaesed from jail and his older brother was there to pick him up, they talked and talked and they begin to be the best of friends,Until one day Sonny decided he needed fast cash and he hit them streets again. Sonny's brother was really hurt by that and they sperated again for about two months.
Til one night Sonny's older brother and his wife went to a jazz bar to bond or what not and no other than Sonny was there playing in a jazz band. The moment Sonny saw his brother he started to play his music all off tone and everybody started to notice. No one but Sonny and his older brother knew what was going on, and by the end of the show the brothers had again rekindled there relationship and love for and with one another by Sonny playing the Blue's.
